Yes they have. As he noted it was never going to be easy to even get to this stage and compromise was needed and agreed to by all parties. But be honest Elantan nothing short of FFA or Independence would be enough for a fair size group of Yes voters. And that was never on offer.

In a Daily Record article on the subject he went on to make the point, there were 4 issues he felt need to be looked at.

- 'Improvements in relationship between SG and UK governments. The devolution settlement is complicated , it relies on good faith and positive intent to work well.

- improved parliamentary oversight in Scottish Parliament to ensure decisions are properly scrutinised.

- Further devolution from Scottish Parliament to local areas

- improved public awareness of the respective powers of UK and Scottish governments and parliaments.

I can't see it so clearly on the device I'm using to view it but the pig poster seems to place Britain in the same category as Isis etc as well.
