I was more angry that Salmond didnt discuss EVEL ... was shouting at the telly, but its ok Jeane Freeman did later, she's gonna be a MSP to watch :)

It is fascinating though how Isis who know no borders seem to be able to be bombed within the borders of Syria ... allegedly

    US Crude down 7.7% yesterday.

Alex and Nicola still working out how falling oil prices can be blamed on Westminster.
If I don't reply to your post,

Brent was down a bit less.

I can't imagine much if any of the oil coming out of the North Sea is sold at spot prices though.

The Middle East is a Western World creation. That's the root cause of many of the troubles today.

Was at a SNP meeting tonight, it was hailed as a thank you/ask your MP a question type meeting.

It was interesting, the MP sounded sincere and I am not suggesting for one minute the MP wasn't, however, I had worked with the MP throughout the YES campaign, I am gonna be honest, the person that stood before me was not the person I campaigned with, the person has started toe-ing the party line and was if anything less bolshie and nicer (wasnt too impressed with them whilst campaigning)

I came away thinking " man I am glad I didnt join the SNP" Much as I didnt like the person too much I respected them more and thought " what a bloody character " as opposed to " what a bloody Zealot"

I still think they are the best Scotland currently has but I am starting to despair for Scotland and the rest of the UK tbh

Great lines and great ideals but ....

I am starting to fear we may be becoming the whole monkey dressed in red with a labour rosette being voted in to a monkey dressed in yellow with a SNP rosette

I came away more frustrated about the state of our collection of countries ... Maybe I should stand for MSP after all .... Nah dont think they would know what to do with me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It's always likely to be a problem when there is no effective opposition. The SNP have to consider no other point of view. I suspect it's why they are so narked at not having any effective power at Westminster. They're simply not used to being voted down repeatedly.

Can't speak for Scotland, but in my part of the rUK its ok and feels like it's getting better all the time. England is generally speaking at ease with itself within the UK set up and in most other areas too and if Scotland left I don't see much in the way of negative consequences for the rUK at least.
