Vodafone have taken £602.83 out of my account. can anyone from Vodafone please help

Where you are billed you are notified and if you do not object you approve by notice.
Where they just help themselves without sending a statement of account no authoristaion to vary the amount exists and the bank must refund.
Did they bill you prior to grabbing the cash ?
If Not back on to the bank and start making them listen.

I had this same problem with them taking too much money, I was away over Christmas and New Year and they had took £180 more than I expected, I rang them three times and visited a shop and still got nowhere found the staff could not give a hoot, I questioned one how she would feel being £180 worse off straight after Christmas to which she said it wasnt her fault!! I found an email address for directors and they contacted me and the money was back in the account 3 days later - askmark@help.vodafone.co.uk
