Was a good meeting, glad I went. Seemed to feel very 'me'. Will try a few other meetings and see.

I hardly said anything and just stared at the floor the whole time, but it was good to listen.

And now I've finally got my garden back, I have somewhere to sit and read.

Edit to add - maybe now I'll be able to pluck up the courage to go to the supermarket lol.

Thanks for posting how it went mate, im really pleased for you. you have shown courage in doing what you did last night by going to the meeting.

Do you have a big book now ? did you ever get the audio one that was sending back in jan or whenever it was?

I wish you well in the meetings coming up this week maybe they'll be a slighty different forat but they all boil down to the same thing a bit or a read and a shar then everyoone can have the oppurtunity to talk. dont feel forced to share in the meeting though. it can be good to listen. im sure you had a lot of people speak to you afterwards. so one to one chatting is just as good. nice one feelie.
