Am sitting here the worse for wear after a fair few glasses of wine and now having consumed 2 packs of crisps and about 4 bowls of sugar puffs:eek: I am thinking, I really really want to stop using alcohol to relax...

I have a 5 year old whirlwind of a son and twin girls at 17 months and have just got into a terrible habit of opening a bottle of wine when they all go to bed.....

Tomorrow (and I mean it ) I am going to try to have an evening without booze

I am glad I have found this thread

Sorry if I am being inapropriate or anything, better get to bed now, they will all be up by 6.30 am :eek: but I don't half love em
