So I sent an email to T-Mobile to 6 of their customer service/director/any other t-mobile address I could find. And I copied in ofcom.
To date t-mobile have not replied from a single address.
Ofcom have however sent me quite a comprehensive reply.
Do you guys have history?? Two pages of what mostly seems like you disagreeing with each other.....

Well give them a call on the number i provided earlier to the EE Exec office and given them a calm summary as they will sort your issues out.

For the history see the thread that I quoted in my first reply.
Plenty of reports from people who have got their money back.

    Well, make your mind then...
Or hire a solicitor if you can't...

It was pointless to contact Ofcom as it wasn't their business. I guess their "comprehensive reply" confirmed this.
Instead you can contact the ombudsman or, ultimately, the Small Claims Court.

BTW, for your future calls/letters, it's "PAC", not "PAC code".

A call to the Executive office and quoted my ofcom reference number got their attention. The lady called up the errant bill for nearly £200....couldn't make head nor tail of it (lots of extra charges) so we settled on £70 which was about what I originally expected to pay.
