Landlord refusing to allow me to move on tenancy end date

I would not post the keys through the door when you leave they could say u never did?
U could if u want agree to move out at a reasonable time on 31? He/she could meet u at that time to do the inventory together.

He/she could meet u at that time to do the inventory together.Problem is, my landlord is refusing to allow me to leave this date and requests that I either vacate a day early (meaning I lose a day of my tenancy AND lose money as I would need to take a day off work) or that I leave on 02/02/15 and pay them extra rent0
