    Hi everyone

Well nothing came through in the way of prizes today so it looks like my vouchers will have to go on Ebay tomorrow evening.

Haven't paid anymore off today but will be able to pay off £50 on Tuesday next week and another £20 when some of my mystery shopping money gets paid into my account.

Off to do AQA and comps now which will help with my next challenge hopefully ;)

Well, I'm doing a bit rubbish really, but I've received £20 in Boots vouchers, so I've transferred the £20 to the savings account. I also got £20 in Asda vouchers for something....I can't quite remember what it was as I've been doing loads of quizzes, competitions etc lol! But I will use those for shopping and transfer £20 of our shopping budget over. And Argos are sending me a £30 cheque because I complained about the (very late) delivery of a shed , so that will take me to £70. Actually, I suppose that's not bad for very little effort...wooo!

    Evening everyone

Well my Ebay items sold for £48 which I am pleased with. Some didn't sell so I have relisted them and am about to list some more items which should fetch £50. These include my gift vouchers.

I just hope that I get some prizes next week as I have run out of stuff to sell!!

    How's everyone else getting on?

Yeay. OH had a good weekend and I massively underspent on my food budget yesterday so I now have the £210.00 to pay off my Mothercare card. Going to do that first thing tomorrow. I cant believe how quick it was and so if its ok I am now going to work on my Capital One card which has a balance of just over £600.00 but i want to pay off £200.00 of it by the 31st August.

    Im so pleased with myself!!!!!!

Just listed even more items on ebay! Got another £37 in paypal now so that will be £50 by the end of the week so I can transfer it before the challenge ends!

Not sure if I am on target but hoping to get at least half cleared this month and then will have to try for the rest next month - really feel like I am getting somewhere thanks to this thread - normally I would just spend the extra and the ebay profit as I think it's just a drop i the debt ocean but dong it this way you can really see the difference!

Wish I had taken a challenge up sooner - Thanks all xx

I've only just noticed this thread and seeing as its half way through the month I figured I might as well try to get rid of half of a debt if thats ok!

So that means I have £55 to pay off my credit card in a fortnight, with one of those weeks being a holiday!

I know it isn't much to pay off but its better than the piddly £10 a month i've been paying normally!

    Good luck everyone x

  • sob sob am gutted!! I was selling some amazing stuff on e-bay and only 2 items out of 11 have sold. I have > 40 other things on so I am hoping they do better. Otherwise it will have cost me money instead of earning me it. Hmm I don't think this is part of the plan. Does it cost you money to relist things?
5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

    Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
    By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.

It's horrible when that happens, I think that if you relist something and it sells the 2nd time round then you get your listing fee refunded.

I hope your other items get loads of money.
