Nicki - I can't believe you were dusting at 215am! Mind you, when you can't sleep I guess you may as well get up and do something.
I had a lovely DHless and childless evening and night as he took them away for the night. I've already done a wash this morning. DH irons on a Sunday and as the weather is really sunny I thought i'd wash anything that isn't nailed down so that he has to iron it all tonight. The pile is huge, hee hee!
We're having a bbq later and there's no food in the house. Good thing is the house is tidy so I don't need to worry about that.
Have a good day xxJanuary budget

Morning all :hello: Finally went back to about 5am when I realised the sun was coming up :rotfl: Slept until about 9.30 when OH got up and that was that I had to get up  Good job it's the school holidays!
So early this morning I put dishes away, tidied the livingroom, dusted, swapped washing over that was on the maiden and spent some time playing games online :rotfl: This morning I've stripped both beds, had a bath & breakfast and now I'm on here as OH is pressurewashering the car so I daren't put the washing machine on or attempt to bath DD as the cold water tank in the loft won't fill properly if he's using the water down here  (thats grumpy at the water tank not OH). Soooo I guess I'll be off to play some games while I wait for OH to finish
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Morning all. It is too hot here. I did not sleep well as it was so hot and feel a bit grotty today - DS3 for grotty yesterday.
Done a little bit of tidying outside, one load of washing, put a few bits in the loft.
Too hot to go back out for a while so will made a sandwich and then have a little tidy in the family room which is cool whilst boys all watch the grand prix.
DS1 has gone to help Mum do a car boot sale so sent him with a bag of stuff we no longer need from the garage - might let him keep what he makes as this week's pocket money even though none of the stuff is his. He is being real stroppy at the moment and wanting to do any of his jobs. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Afternoon all. Just been to the shops, it's so hot outside.
I got absolutely nothing done yesterday, but I did have some great me time. In the afternoon I went to Portsmouth, and met lots of new people, then in the evening I went to Basingstoke for a friend's hen night. I took the camera as she's really into scrap booking so I offered to take photos for her, she ended up pimping me out to half her friends to take photos of them and their kids.
Today I have the house to myselfI'm torn between doing nothing and doing stuff while there is no-one else around. The dining room is now finished and ready for decorating, once all the mess has been cleared up, but I'm not sure I can be bothered today.
Hope everyone else is having a good dayDebts: Mum £3923 0% APR0 -
I know the feeling ShirleyPark. My OH has gone out to do some gardening for the house he lets out, and I still haven't washed my hair and got dressed yet
I blame the Hollyoaks omnibus! Am sitting here at the computer reading the thread from the last few days, and catching up on all of the pigsback quizzes etc. Looking at the windows next to me, they are filthy, so once I have showered and dressed, I think they will be my first task.
Temp agency told me on Thursday that the had found me another job to do for the next 2 weeks, but when I called them on Friday, they said that the woman had changed her mind as she wanted someone who could become permanent.
Never mind though, cos hopefully I can get this flat looking a bit tidyer as I'll have more time to fly - must take these breaks off and get a move on.
Hope everyone is making the most of the warm weather this weekend. Happy flying.

Paddling pool DH repaired yesterday is holding out so DS2 and 3 having a whale of a time! Waiting for the shade to move round to prune a couple of plants. Still too hot to be bothered with much, even the in door stuff. I think I'll delete a few old mails whist here. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Visitor left at 10 and I set straight to it in the garden. It was absolutely glorious! Cleared a load of ivy and stacks of dead wood and made a home for my new compost bin. It arrived on friday when I was out and was sat menacingly in the middle of the lawn like a big dalek but now it's got it's own happy corner. I'm scratched to bits by bramble and rose thorns but the grotty end of the garden looks loads better and I'm dead excited about starting my compost off!
The sun's gone in and I'm just looking at the fall out indoors of having visitors. I hope to do next weeks thread to the letter, no interuptions, hesitations or deviations...One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400
