iqueen I knew where you were coming from, realised my response was a bit sharp as soon as I said it! Sorry:(
Liking the idea of throwing frozen berries at the spiders :rotfl: watched Spy at the cinema, laughed a lot which was just what I needed.

Just imagine if someone else was 'helping' you discard your stuff! Panic! Unless you trust them to leave all decisions to you.

Yep that is why I am doing this largely alone and also a bit of stubbornness if I was really truthful...........it is hinted at, not too subtly, that the problem is mine ALL MINE so when its finished I will bask in the glory - the solution/achievement was mine ALL MINE!:(

So if you see an odd looking women on the beach in a long flowery dress skipping round with the hem of the dress drenched in sea water. That women will be me :D

I will meet you skipping along from the opposite direction!

Actually my real dream is to again be able to skip up my favourite mountain track to my favourite secret spot.......at the moment I am dragging my self up a couple of times a week after work.....I am determined to kondo some of the unfitness!

    Glad we're still friends. ;)

I love laughing out loud - it really gets those happy endorphins flowing! That's the great thing about this thread - there's usually some joke or mishap that we just have to laugh at! :rotfl:

I can't really kid myself - most of the junk here is mine, although the children have left quite a bit of Stuff here that obviously doesn't bring them enough joy to take to their homes, for the past 10+ years! :o

Kondoing alone makes me think of The Little Red Hen baking bread. Everyone she asks to help, won't. So when it's baked and they ask for some, she refuses, and eats it herself! :D

Definitely, all glory to you, when kondoing is done and everyone else's Stuff is heaped in their personal space! :rotfl:

ETA: I wouldn't mind the posters on here giving me a hand! Would we ever get anything done? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Mrs Moneypenny - I lost a back tooth years ago and my one and only wisdom tooth came through & filled the gap! It's a bit wonky but hhe's never given me any problems.
Laughing about the frozen berries & spiders too - I'm one of the strange people who love spiders - after all they must all be female 'cos the first thing they do when they move in is put up their curtains ;)
Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle

I love that story. Its one of the staples of the Autumn term that I read to the mad frogs - they love it too and really get the message behind it ......well for about 2 weeks:rotfl: As I hope to be well and truly kondoed by September, when it comes out of the book basket I shall read it with a bit of smugness.............;)

I leave the spiders alone - I reckon I'd rather have spiders than whatever it is they are eating.

    Good Evening Konverts,

I have finally caught up with the thread hurrah!!!!!!

Redone the clothes today DH and I both have an empty drawer each, DS has an unbelievable 4 although i am sure he will refill them with some of his other treasures.

Keep discarding everyone, even if it's only one item before and after work.

Hi and welcome to the new konverts.

    Regards

    Good Morning Konverts,

Well i won't get much kondoing done today as I am off to visit my friend who just loves her clutter in vast quantities. I am never comfortable sitting in her house surrounded by all that stuff, she is such a great friend though that i will suffer in silence.

Have to kondo some money though as i need to get some petrol and a couple of grocery items.

    Keep on kondoing people,

    Have a great day

    regards
    :j
