Looks like Autotrader might not have the right stats, the Vauxhall site lists 5.6s for 0-60.0 -

I would avoid ex cop cars. Due to the way the Police are taught to drive the cars get ragged. Most (especially traffic cars) have been crashed at some point as well.
As for Police spec it's hit and miss. Sometimes the manufacturers will give the Police slight seconds for a discount. Obviously nothing that makes it unsafe or anything but things a public buyer wouldn't accept.0 -
Are you a drug dealer by any chance? I have a soft spot for the chrysler 300c estate with the 5.7 hemi. Depreciation was horrendous so you can get one for next to nothing. Just as well with the repair and running costs.
Actually looks like the newer models have a 6.1l engine.0 -
Focus ST Estate.
247 bhp (so 3 under what you wanted) but top speed of 154 mph.0 -
Audi RS6 Avant .... :beer:0

Electrics, other than the additional holes that's it.
The T5 is getting a bit rarer as the D5 is more economical.
But Emergency Service versions of the V70 have specific 17" wheels that give better brake cooling.
Larger brakes with additional pad wear warning light.
Uprated chassis with Nivomat shocks.
A steel safety net
Calibrated speedo
Heavy duty antiroll bars.
Uprated wiring and fuse box.
Different interior trim, some have wipe clean leather loom vinyl.
Heavy duty battery and 180 Amp Alternator
70litre fuel tank.
The D5 can also be had in a more powerful 230bhp version.
Though it is true that many vehicles sold to the Emergency services are not hugely modified other than uprated electrics to cope with the electrical loads of the lightbar but also the MDT system.0 -

Slight seconds?
Really?
They may buy run out stock of pre facelift models like the Met did with the last kf the previous model Focus and also the Hyundai i30
But they only buy cars that are brand new.
They do use some strange cars for undercover work such as Obs or for robbery squad.
But getting back to the OP.
The V70 and XC70 are solid and dependable but relatively rare in petrol form.
The Skoda VRs is a good reliable vehicle.
But I would personally go for a Subaru Legacy or maybe a Forester. All my Subarus have proved hardy and reliable.0 -

I'd go older and get an M5 estate0
