Noddle / Call Credit refusing to update records

Afternoon,

I was declared bankrupt August 2011 and discharged January 2012. On checking my Noddle account it showed that I wasn't discharged until a year to the day of my bankruptcy date.

I made contact with them via e-mail with the scanned copy of the documents required to prove the dates.

I then received notification that there was an update but when I logged in to check, it said that my dispute had been rejected and that I should refer to the e-mail from the customer services team.

The e-mail simply tells me to log in for the update.
I have made contact again but they are not even acknowledging my e-mail. There doesn't appear to be a contact number for them anywhere.

I don't know whether this would be a matter for the financial ombudsman? Any advice would be appreciated please.

Many thanks.

I would probably go through their complaints procedure before taking your complaint to the FO or ICO.

Admittedly the complaint procedure isn't the most helpful, as it says you can complain verbally as well as in writing but only provides email and postal address (perhaps they mean you can turn up at the address to make a verbal complaint?!)

Does shouting at your computer count as you write the email to them?

I went to Noddle homepage (didn't log in) >> About us >> scroll down the page to where the title is 'Who we are' >> first line is 'Noddle is part of Callcredit'.

A few clicks later (not the easiest to find) and it gives this page with a telephone number at the top right hand side which is 0845 366 0071

    Hope this helps
