NoToMob ends police collusion with bailiffs

This slipped though quietly last month. The NoToMob has brought an end to the Metropolitan Police misusing taxpayers' money to collude with bailiffs collecting civil parking penalties:

A fantastic result, and a salutary lesson Not To **** With The Bikers.

Strangely I don't recall the Bullsh|t Purveyors Association blogging about this.

I tip my imaginary hat to the NoToMob.

I always found the arrangement where police pull you over for someone else to seize your car was a very dodgy practice.

  • Good, police resources are stretched enough without this carp.

I didn't know they ever did that.

That sounds illegal even as you say it.

Just read this - amazing result, well done to the NoToMob! That will stop those idiot bailiffs, the dippy husband and wife team who were on Parking mad last year intimidating people while the Police supported them. Blonde bint with an evil grimace and a thick necked husband, did anyone else see them? I said to my husband that the practice was unlawful and would be stopped soon and he didn't think 'we' were right. But we were right. Good old NoToMob!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What is good about that TV programme is that all the evidence(of the Police and Bailiff wrong doing ) is there for all to see!
Lets see how they get out of that one!

If they've been engaging in illegal activity, when are we going to see arrests?

And them saying "they were only following guidance" cuts no mustard ... people who committed war crimes were often only following orders, but they were still tried and convicted.

    Just adjusted that slightly!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I don't think we need to go quite that far with this. ;)
