    bathroom Done!

Very busy morning. DD to uni, online shop done, and went for my exercise on prescription initial assessment. I was a little bit apprehensive, quite unnecessarily, as it went smoothly, and coordinator extremely supportive. First exercise class next week, and also advised to continue with daily walk, and try to extend from 20 mins to 30 - that sounds very doable.

After, dropped off parcels at courier, and quick shop then just enough time to grab a coffee before collecting DD. She has another lecture this afternoon, so far they have changed the time and venue three times. We think it's 3-5!

I have been very shocked and upset by the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris.

Well I've walked the dog and put the WM on but that's it. However I have a load of schoolwork to do for tomorrow as I've got to do a handover but it's turned into a bit of a frog! I feel like just going to sleep though!

Hope everyone's having a good day
