I'm on my first Af following coming off the pill. Its been 1 day of light flow red blood, 1 day of brown liquid, again really light then 2 days of nothing and more brown today. No cramps or anything and not enough to require a tampon etc but it'll do for me to count it! 10 more days until baby making number 1!

Hbex, my first period last month was eight days of light flow with dark red/brown blood. It was really light, but to me that was definitely AF.

This month has been five days with medium flow, but constant cramping.

I'd definitely count it as AF CD1, but be prepared for a punch in the face with next month's.

How are you doing with the cramps now, Aileth? I was wondering about you this morning. Hope you're feeling better.

Hbex, I was on POP (Micronor) for the better part of a decade and my cycle came straight back, but I don't think I ovulated the first month. My doctor told me that the effects of the POP are out of your system within 24 hours of stopping it, but I doubted that. You don't take anything for that long and have your body back in 24 hours!

Lulu, football and BD is surely any man's perfect night

Welcome to all the newbies, nice to meet you :)

I like your name Black Ribboner! Sad times last week :( I'm currently trying to find a way to get a Pratchett reference into our wedding :o

Thanks! It was, Alzheimer's is such an awful disease :( I like the idea of a Pratchett reference in your wedding - maybe you could lead the reception guests in a verse or two of The Hedgehog Can Never Be Bothered At All :rotfl:

Can I be updated to 0DPO today? My hormone surge, such as it was, was Monday/Tuesday, and I don't think it resulted in egg release, but if I pick today, it means testing day is Easter Monday (assuming AF doesn't hit first) - so all our Easter guests will be gone, I won't have work, and Lent will be over so I can console myself with lots of chocolate! If only actual ovulation dates could be arranged so easily

Can I please be updated to 2 dpo?

I *think* I ovulated on Friday as I has a positive IC OPK in the afternoon but the Clearblue digital was just high in the morning, no peak.

So this officially puts me in the 2ww again.

One more week of school then it's the Easter hols and the children are all at home so hopefully I'll be too busy to obsess or symptom spot.

hbex I count it as guest day full flow.

Great news you got some BD in Lulu. It only takes once!

Ok, still at the hen do, I only had a couple of glasses of fizz on Friday and nursed the one bottle of fruit cider the rest of the night because I was too scared to drink too much just in case, even though I had no hope. And... AF never arrived yesterday and hasn't this morning yet. I have slight cramps, a sore lower back (on and off) and really sore boobs.

I just carried one glass of fizz about the party last night and will have to do the same tonight, hope no one notices. I wish I could test, I'm starting to get hope so I'll be devastated if AF arrives. Can't test til I get home tomorrow lunch time. So nervous for some reason!

Good luck to everyone else on 2ww!

Well ladies, today is 1DBM (day before moving) and in my previous experience, BT will be cutting off the phone line and broadband any time now, even though they were told to do so tomorrow. In 12 hours, the alarm will go off and the last bits will be chucked into boxes, probably not to be seen for the next six months

I have a mobile broadband dongle with a little allowance, and I'll try to check in, but it would be really nice if I could be checking in because someone has a BFP. Just saying ;)

Anyway, I'll see you on the other side of the Cambridgeshire border. As Bill and Ted say (Showing my age here), be excellent to yourselves and each other :rotfl:
