When is AF due? xMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0 -
Rachylou there are three different settings on the app and changing it might help detect O. Also are you using OPKs and tracking cm as all three should mean you can see when O was?
It's not saying O didn't happen but if it can't see 3 clear temp rises above the covering, and no other possible temp spikes then it through out the software. There's a part of the forum you can get advice from the FF staff.
If you discard the temp from when you room W's boiling do the crosshairs come back?
The app is on my tablet at home so can’t do anything until tonight. I think I will go back and mark all of my symptoms since 01 01 16, this includes CM which I have been tracking, although I feel that has been inconsistent with absolutely loads of it that first month (sorry TMI) and then hardly any for the last two months. I have only started using OPKs and had a positive on Friday. CM has been there and went from sticky to wet in the days on and around the positive OPK and now none – so I am thinking that is a good sign? The temps have been absolutely useless in my opinion as I don't think they are accurate or relevant (probably doing it wrong though)0 -
Rachy that does sounds like you've ov'd from the opk and cm. I can never get temping right either, was also too erratic for me as I could never do the same time every day, although it is supposed to be the only way to tell for sure you've ov'd.
Hopefully if you've bd'd on Friday and over the weekend you're in the right ballpark xMancMama4 (35) TTC since Apr 15, MMC Dec 15, Our Rainbow Baby Charlie arrived Dec 16 :heart2:0 -
Well, I thought this might have been our month but turns out all that freaking out was for nothing
Still haven't had any period pains, but thought I might have started spotting a bit yesterday, was inconclusive though so waited until today to update, but yes, AF has arrived. So, here we are again, CD1.0 -
Hi all
Does anyone know how early pregnancy symptoms can start. I'm most probably over analysing... I think I only ovulated not even a week ago. But these past two days I have had a twingy feeling to the left side of my lower abdomen. Also this morning... I was randomly sick in the garden when pegging washing out! I've never done anything like that before. It just came up out of nowhere... (Only a bit!) and I didn't even have time to run inside! I do suffer Gastro issues so was thinking that it could also be that that's causing the same symptoms. Just wondering if the thought they could be pregnancy symptoms is a ridiculous one?

However, I think this is because:
· The thermometer was about £3 off Amazon and does not say it is BBT on it (it did on the website)
· I don’t temp at the same time each day (weekend was much later than weekday)
· I snooze a lot and find it hard to wake up so I’m usually in a half asleep state when I do it
· Not sure if this makes a difference but my bedroom was boiling at the weekend so my spike was probably because of that
Roughly readings have been 36.45-36.61 and I had a spike of 36.85 on Saturday
Any advice? I’m gutted that the app has made me feel like ovulation hasn’t happened now
Rachy, I could have written this after my first few months of temping! My thermometer is a cheapy one too and I really struggled to take it at the same time every day. I soon got into a routine though and now it's just second nature. I still do it a bit later on weekends (7am during the week - 8.30am on weekends) but it doesn't make too much difference. My chart looked really rocky and I thought I was doing it wrong but after a few months I noticed that it was always like that and so it must just be what my temps do! I always notice a difference if I've been drinking alcohol or when I'm feeling ill.
Another thing I noticed is that sometimes FF changes one day but then if you get a wee run of high temps it will change again...so don't be too disheartened. Keep temping and see what happens.
I've had a couple of cycles where it's said ov wasn't detected but I've just kept on BDing anyway and hoping for the best!
It really is the only way to detect if you've actually ov'd so don't give up - it just takes ages to get used to it!

So sorry Jojo just read your post xx0

Oh jojo I'm sorry :-(
I'm another one for sticking with temping, I've had a couple of erratic months and a couple more stable. My acupuncturist says try an ear thermometer if it carries on though because apparently if you breathe through your mouth more it can make it unstable
Hugs to all, CD6 here xxOfficially Mrs B as of March 2013

Sorry to hear that AF has come Jojo
Thanks Angel for letting me know that you eventually got AF - I still have no sign! I'm CD49 now and Glow app told me yesterday that I had officially missed a period and should consult a doctor if this was out of the ordinary. The thing that baffles me is that although the first 3 cycles i had were long, I still got AF. But now just nothing!
I have an appointment with the doctor on Friday morning for something else anyway so may mention it to her and see what she says. When I was there 6 weeks ago she said to give it until April/May time and they would maybe do blood tests to check for ovulation. Surely though if AF has not come, i can't be ovulating?
Fingers crossed for some BFP's soon xxx0
