9DPO and started to lose hope this morning... v. dry, little cm, spotty and irritable today... all the usual AF drama.... down down down!

Hi everyone,
Been trying to pluck up the guts to join you all since having my coil out over a month ago. TTC #2 while having my coil in I had no bleeding what so ever. Since having it out had some spotting 27th September to 30th September and nothing since. No idea where I am in my cycle now, gone all testing crazy, bfn's, been symptom spotting like crazy but now they seem to have stopped. Just contemplating getting some eBay cheapies, anyone found these to be ok?

Hi Mrsf2b and welcome!
I have tried the ICs and for me they were difficult to interpret (probably me not the sticks though haha!) I know lots of people love them and save lots of money using them though so worth a try to see how you get on.

Welcome Mrsf2b - I hope your stay here is short

Well, I am now CD12 and day 5 of high fertility according to the CBFM... I am not too bothered (yet!) as I thought I got an early "high" on CD8, compared to last cycle. But I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I get the peak before the weekend when my husband has to go on away with work for a week... Will be rather annoying if we just miss out again because of travel schedules getting in the way!

CD24 of 30/31 day cycle.

OV'd on day 15 (I think) so 9DPO (ish.)

Incredibly sore boobs, and virtually no cm until today - it's now extremely watery and Im feeling damp which is gross. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing (Ovia seems to think promising.) Im going to test next Monday which will be 4 days before predicted AF but im not expecting anything really. Hopeful but not holding out much hope as its only our first cycle.

It's funny how I could have sore boobs every month at this time, but I wouldn't normally think anything of it. Im mega aware of everything that is happening to my body all of a sudden!

So... I had a bit of a meltdown at lunchtime and convinced myself it was late enough to test... I ended up cracking out both FRERs.... both BFN... I started getting line eye and even broke into the tests to take a closer look... definitely losing the plot... what a waste of money!!!!

I'm so disappointed in myself, I know its still too early really and I've caused myself unnecessary upset. I don't even know why...I feel like crying now. The fact that I've had this meltdown makes me think AF is deffo on the way though.

ARGH! So frustrated...

Have as much of a rant here as you need, we'll all understand.

I purposely haven't bought any tests because I know I wouldn't be able to resist using them too early, getting myself disappointed, convincing myself that the BFN was only because I'd tested too early, raising my hopes up and then getting disappointed all over again when AF arrived...

Definitely not loosing the plot mancmama, when something means so much, we all do things that we thought we would never do. My classic was waking my other half up at 2am the other night by putting the big light on to show him yet another BFN because I wondered if I could see the strip any better with a larger light and that happened to be the time I thought was my FMU, little dare I say he thought there was a major problem being woken up that way...... Loosing it yes, yes I am xxxx
