That's a tricky one Lulu - I can see why OH saying wait but I agree, it wouldn't sit right with me either! Will have a think on that one x

Could something urgent come up which must be done for work? Not sure what your job is, but maybe a presentation could need preparing or an important visitor coming to look at the office? You could just tell them something had come up and you'd explain later, but that would definitely get tongues wagging ;)

CD11 and the Fertility Monitor has said low fertility for the last 4 days. For the four months I've been tracking, I've had positives on CD12 before, with CD11 always being high or peak readings. Should I worry that this month's CD11 is different?

Wow! Congrats wizzypop and lallysmum :j

What a great start to May! I don't believe in luck but I can't help but feel hopeful for this month as we are trying to DTD every day or every other day this month. I read that this should maximize our chances, whatever they are. So far DTD CD 7, 9, 11 & 12.

But now I'm getting my hopes up and it may all be pointless after what I've read about endometriosis. Anyone else feel like they're emotionally going round in circles???:o

Wow Cuilean you are a busy bee! :)

I work Monday - Friday and we have a team overseas that does weekend work so that is an unlikely story :( I would be around 8 weeks by then so I might just say something.

    Doctors booked today!

I think unfortunately you are going to end up lying or telling them. I think I'd prefer a 'really sorry something's come up and I can't make it' excuse now though than a 'I'm sick, cough' immediately prior though! Have you had to pay for anything/ would you be causing others to pay more by waiting?
  • Chickp, that's exactly how I feel! I keep being told that I have to think positive or it'll never happen - but every month I convince myself that this is the one, only to be brought crashing down every time I start to bleed. I struggle with stress and anxiety anyway, so this process is killing me. Have now started Clomid, so at least (hopefully) there'll be no more nervewracking wait for ovulation. . .

Really hope we'll be able to add you to the May bfp list, sounds like a good start on SMEP so far! :)

Have been to the doctors this morning after getting my BFN from there on Friday (had done enough before then but they wanted to do another). Got the most useless doctor in the practice and she just told me to go and get a blood test (on Monday) and pee on a stick every week. And IF I don't get another period in the next three months (meaning I've missed five altogether, and by that time I'll be the size of an elephant if I keep on going the way I'm going) I've to have some pills to give me a breakthrough bleed. I really think that this doctor is hopeless, I've encountered her before, I could walk in with my arm blown off and she'd send me on my way telling me I was fine.

Eyelinerprincess, that's rotten :( Is there nowhere you can go for a second opinion? Even maybe a different doctor in the same practice.

If you're that bloated and missing multiple periods in a row isn't normal for you, I don't understand why the doctor's not acting on it. Really hope you can get it sorted.
