I have had cramps on and off for 2 days, and a big spot a couple of days ago, so assumed AF was due, but just realised I am only on day 25 of a 29 day cycle, so too early.
Is my body going nuts?? I thought it had returned to normal after the mmc in September. Grrrrrrr.
On the plus side, we have bought a house, so will shortly be moving out of the inlaws house! It should make TTC easier!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
CONGRATS OSCARSMUMMY :-D hope you have a wonderful 9 months :-D
Pinkshoes - I cannot imagine anything getting in the way of TTC more than living in the inlaws house... I'm pretty sure my MIL doesn't know what sex is... how she has 3 children is a mystery to me :-P
Good on MrMRN for not drinking :-D lets hope it lasts. And hopefully you'll get a BFP and then he can continue not drinking out of solidarity for you :-D
I genuinely wanted to POAS this morning.... CD18.... WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!?! *lesigh*0 -
aww MRN that's very considerate of him! Fingers crossed it happens soon!
Pinkshoes - Congrats on the house buy! I remember you saying how difficult TTC is in the current situation, at least now you won't have to sneak around like teenagers! :rotfl:
aww, dotty I know the feeling. Try and persevere. You know it is far too early and it will just get you down
AFM - I went to bed last night at about 8:30pm because my shoulder was hurting so much. OH decided to wake me up when he got in from work (big mistake!) to tell me that instead of selling our house he wants us to rent it out. I'm not sure how I feel about that so I've told him he needs to come up with a very good argument to try and convince me it's the right thing to do.
I also expressed my disappointment to him that we (I said we but I just meant him) have wasted the last 5 cycles because we don't DTD enough. I've told him that if we want a 2015 baby we have until March, but that isn't going to happen if things go on the way they are now.

Ooooh Lulu, twinings do a lovely spearmint and chammomile (not very MSE though, get it when it's on offer) will make you lovely and calm :-) and doesn't have the nasty chammomile taste that some others do
I know how you feel about always saying 'we haven't been very good at DTD' when actually all you mean is 'you've not had it at the front of your mind, I think about it every waking minute'
According to my co-workers I'm ill.... great :-(0 -

Ooh I will have to try that, but I do prefer the strength of peppermint. Makes an excellent cuppa.
That's exactly how I feel! He was saying "but your shoulder hurts" and I told him when I'm lying down it's fine! :rotfl:
I'm going to have more words later about it, as I feel I am the only one trying. I'm losing weight, I'm taking the vitamins, I'm chasing him for BDing - can't I catch a break? Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

I know how you feel Lulu - I have M.E. and OH is always 'but I worry about making you too tired'.... surely... SURELY if I say I'm fine... then I'm fine.
Or 'but you look like you're in such pain' - yes, but DTD gives a massive endorphine rush, natures natural pain killers :-D0 -
Has anyone here tried a saliva ovulation test? I was  when I started researching the cost of the opks but then came across this
Google Calista Saliva Ovulation Peak and you will see it on the Peak Nutrition website
(sorry, forgot I can't post links as a new user on this account!)
It's only £18 and can be used unlimited times (for 2 years, apparently).
I'm pretty sure that when I come off the pill (7 days left, yippee!) I'm going to have a very irregular cycle so would potentially end up using a huge amount of opks trying to find out when, and if, I'm ovulating. This looks like a much better idea, as I wouldn't think I was 'wasting' anything by keeping checking.
I found a few positive reviews online but also plenty of not so good ones so not sure whether it is worth trying or not.0 -
