As if! Yes officer, I'm guilty as charged for trying to pay for something twice. ROFL!

But in answer to the original question - don't do something you wouldn't feel comfortable doing. Some do it, some don't.

Its funny how we all have widely different opinions on whats acceptable and whats not ! My personal 'line' goes up and down like a tarts knickers (no offence to tarts!) and I do bend quite a few of various T&C's almost to breaking point - but re-buying a trigger that is already bought & paid for is way over the top for me. This would be enormously embarassing and difficult to eplain should you get rumbled. Most other stuff I could front out with a straight face.

Back of the class for you.

A true Elite will eat things out of the freezer that have been there for years. :p :rotfl:

Well not everyone's cup of tea but I have eaten things around 2 years after they were first frozen. ;)

I might have some more ' mature' stuff in my freezer and I have no intention of binning it !

Afternoon luvlies, a couple of things of interest.

These Freddos were RTC in my store at 6p, went through at 25p. Was told SEL was referring to Xmas stock but this is new stock so SEL should have been removed. Over charge given but no GC. Rang CS, GC and apology on way. Seem to remember the same thing happening last New Year
    [...]

And of course the ordinary person, such as us, is supposed to see the difference between the Xmas stock and the new stock?:rotfl: The fact the SEL wasn't removed was their mistake. I notice that nowhere does it mention "Cadbury Freddo XMAS STOCK" on that 6p label, but simply "Cadbury Freddo". If the SEL is referring to Xmas stock, it ought to state so!:p As I - or indeed any customer - we do not read "XMAS STOCK" where there is a blank space. Probably the invisible ink again - or maybe the white text on a white background:rotfl::rotfl:. Glad you're getting the GC you should get.

I sent my sister back with 3 carriers full of meat and stuff as
    1) its shutdown, this wouldnt normally bother me but leccy going to be on and off as they are doing some work
    2) the freezer was on the blink, so over shut down or when we get back will be looking for another

When i emptied it it was obvious not working at the bottom but was the top half and it made us heave as we emptied it:)
