Hi fellow declutterers,

It's the summer hols and I'm officially addicted to decluttering!!!

DH seems to be getting onboard with the purge. He has agreed to sell 3 of his nitro cars and will just buy one really good one. I am so pleased

Now just need to continue chipping away at the DVD collection...

There has been a lot of buying things, moving things around and not much decluttering over the last few weeks. However I am determined to get some more things to the charity shop by the weekend.

There has been a plastic storage crate sat in my bedroom since I moved in 8 months ago! Finally emptied it and put the things I wanted to keep into an underbed storage box. Put the xmas decorations into the crate and moved it to the loft.

1. Desk calculator given to Dad
2. Fly net (covers a doorway) given to friend
3 - 8. Cardboard boxes to recycling point
9. Food cans and a glass jar to recycling point
10. Old school/college work into recycling

In

Two cube storage/display units for living room, three fabric boxes for hall cupboard, kitchen utensils and holder, lamp for living room, hare ornament for living room, underbed storage box, two baskets with lids (smaller basket can be stored in larger one when not in use.)

I just had a parcel delivered so I had all the packaging to put into recycling. I bought some pairs of knickers and they put each one on a little coat hanger. Why?! It seems so wasteful.:mad:

I am going to go through my clothes again to collect some to give to recycling. I have culled my clothes but there are still a few items that I never bother to wear so they can go.

I have some bath bombs to use up in the bath later.:)

Two more dvds to go out,one a box set.
I spent a lot of yesterday in my cellar space,sorting,tidying and decluttering.So more stuff to go to the Sally Army.I just have to get it there.Hopefully tomorrow.
One book to my mum,one to the cs.
Some more clothes to go out too.
Paper rubbish and plastic bottles recycled.
Bird food put aside for a friend with a garden.
Not too bad.

Can I join? I have been ill with depression and let the clutter build, now I am better I want to ditch the stuff I don't use or need.

Today I have traded in:

26 DVD's
2 books

Made £20 too

Goal for the next 2 days:
Flatten and recycle cardboard boxes
Take sorted clothes and some other books to the charity shop
