    Suidreams I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I can only imagine how sad you must be feeling right now. Please take comfort from the fact that it's very clear he was much loved and well cared for, and he will have known that too. You did everything you could for him and it sounds like he went quickly and peacefully. Sending you hugs x

  • I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Suidreams. I'm sure many of us (myself included) know all too well the pain that comes with saying goodbye to a pet. My thoughts are with you x

    Sorry another off topic post just to update that dog is confirmed to have lymphoma, diagnosis isn't good.

    I am two days behind on posts, so only just seen your sad news, so very sorry.:)

  • Sui, I am very sorry for your loss.

    I have three UU to report
    I cucumber facial wash
    I Aussie Shampoo (daily use variety) - I will always buy this as it suits my hair
    I tube toothpaste.

    I am coming to the end of an ESPA shower cream so instead of putting it to one side I will open up the tube when I've dried off and finish it off completely over the next few days.

    I haven't made a list yet - it will take ages as I have stuff everywhere.
  • Massive hugs Suidreams, sorry to hear your update x

    suidreams - very sorry to hear about your dog.

    I have a little flurry of uu

    Avon Argan Oil Shampoo - this was DD's shampoo and it seemed to do a good job. WBA.

    Tresemme Keratin Smooth Mask - this was mainly used by DD and sometimes by me, it was nice and we could get a brush through DD's hair when she had used this. I have washed out the pot and refilled it with some Osmo Deep Treatment Mask as I have a 1.2L pot of that which is just too big to fit in the shower.

    eSPA Pink Hair & Scalp Mud 15ml - this smells so good, like a very expensive spa. I may buy again but it is very pricey for a relatively small pot, although this little tube did two full applications. I left it on overnight both times to get my moneys worth.

    Body Shop Coconut Soap - this had to be TA as it turned to mush as soon as we started using it, my other BS soaps have done the same thing too. It smelt nice but that is the only good thing I can say.

    I painted my nails last night in Liz Earle Ebb Tide - a lovely taupey grey with a lavender tone, I topped it off with Leighton Denny's Angel Dust which is a very subtle silver shimmer.

    happy new year ladies,erm I seemed to have missed December!!!!my excuse was a special holiday on a tall ship A MA ZING!not every year you are 60 OMG brain still thinks am 21!so apologies for not knowing what has been going on with everyone but after tackling the ironing mountain have had no time to read December.
    Am determined this year to only buy what I need in all things and so far so good have avoided the sales and last items bought were toner and serum (amazing price on ship as they were changing their range used in spa)Had a massage from lovely Filipino girl(very strong)on board. Busy year as promoting my online shops(facebook) for jewellery and floral arrangements so if anyone wants some individual handmade jewellery at reasonable prices please see fenfrog on fb as can post items and any likes will help spread the word.needing to up my game as hoping to visit no.1 son in his new home in Florida and no 2 son is getting married next year(he proposed on Christmas day and bought the ring and told us on face time when we were in Barbados!!!)so lots of money needed.DH said get another job but at 60!!!!and not sure I could cope with long hours anyway.
  • I have my first UU of the year:

    Body Shop Hemp Hand protector, WBA. I seem to have been using this for ages, I'm so ready for a change but would buy another at a later date.

    Morning everyone, have had a flurry of UU's last night and this morning:

    Dr Brandt Pores No More - WNBA, got this as a sample with BB and it started breaking me out towards the end. Have replaced with a sample of the new pore minimising Smashbox Phtofinish (so far so good)

    TBS Almond Body Butter - WBA, love the scent of this and it's glycerine based so sunk in a lot better than some of the other ones. Have replaced with a Brazil nut one

    TBS Peppermint Foot Soak - WBA, this left my feet feeling so refreshed after a long week and helped to soften them before scrubbing. Will be replacing in the near future

    Have a lot of other things that are spluttering - January is going to be an expensive month at this rate with all the things I need to replace!
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017
