eek not sure I'd go on a boat these days, there's so little under the water, I always thought to keep the stable most of the hull was in the sea but looking at pictures in the news it appears not

Nivea express hydration primer x2 - it's my favourite and it's on BOGOF at superdrug. I have about 2 uses left in my current one and I think I'm on my 5th. So def would buy again at a bargainous £2.50 . It's the dry skin one. My skin isn't that dry but I don't liked the normal one I find it drying.

Out sanctuary firming youth serum. WBA at savers price of £3.99 but they've stopped stocking it, £15.99 in boots is way too expensive

Out superdrug moisturiser it's a naturals night one. I do have another one but I want to try something else first

Instead I'm trying Nivea pure & natural anti wrinkle night cream it was £4 on offer. First impressions it's quite scented. I will see it has good reviews on the boots website.

I have an Aldi serum to use up before I buy another serum

Had some In's but were all gifts given to me:

    Azature black diamond nail polish
    Azature white nail polish
    Alpha H Gold
    Molinard - nirmala perfume
    Christian Louboutin rouge nail polish
    Dior star foundation
Josie Maran nail polish wipes (best wipes I've ever used!)

    I do have some OUT's:
    1. Lush Dorothy bubble - smells lovely but not my favourite
    2. Lush Holly Go lightly bubble - amazing scent
    3. Jo Malone soap - I can't remember the name as this was given to me last xmas and finally got around to using it. It lasted an entire month.
    4. Lush mint mask - tingly and refreshing, wba
    5. Bee good honey toner water - wnba. It was nothing special for my skin. It did cleanse my skin after I washed it with cleanser tho
    6. Lush - Ro's argan conditioner - I was given this as part of a gift set. Smells really sweet and it made my skin feel soft, wnba though because it's quite expensive on its own, but definitely a treat
    7. Chanel lift lumiere - on my last few pumps. It doesn't sting my eyes so I'm very happy with this, too bad it's quite expensive
    8. E.L.F. blotting tissues - gave away as I don't like elf products

Going to put together some care packages for friends, so I should have a few more GA's shortly.
    No buying toiletries challenge

It's good to see you, asset. I was so sorry to read about your friend. Such a terrible thing for everyone that knew her.

SuiDreams - I'm really sorry about your poor dog. I'm another person that knows how deeply sad it can be to lose a much loved pet.

I just wanted to let you both know that you're in my thoughts.

Also, a quick 'hello' to Roguey - I hope that you are coping ok.

    Xx

On a happier note, I'd just like to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR! A little late but there you go :rotfl:

I've just been sorting through the toiletries that have gathered around the bath. I've boxed up some things that I'm not using at the moment and added a few new things that were Christmas presents and it looks lovely! :D It's probably still too crowded but it makes me smile - so many exciting things to use up ;)

I did some sale shopping (online only) and also received toiletries as very welcome gifts so I have a lot of INs. I'm not sure that I'm up to confessing the full list yet () but there's nothing that I regret buying and I felt very lucky with the presents that people chose for me. Is it wrong to be so cheerful about an influx of new stuff? :rotfl: What I'm telling myself is that it will keep me more than happy for the first half of the year. Then I can have a nose around the summer sales (there isn't usually much to tempt me) and then I can recommit to being happy with what I have until the next Winter sale. That's the plan, anyhow! :D

Fell asleep in chair, woke up and just spotted Sui Dream's sad news. So sorry, it seems desperately cruel just shortly after the loss of your other dog. Strokes are so random.

No, Willowbee it isn't wrong to be unhappy about new stuff if it's nice new stuff that you will use. :D

I am fairly certain that I won't have to buy shower gel this year if I repurpose the bath elixir I was given. That's a good thing, and I can always get a buzz out of buying for others!

    Morning ladies.

    I have another little uu

Elemis Pro Radiance Hand Cream 20ml - I have used loads of these little tubes and I still have one this size and 2 x 100ml tubes of this. I wouldn't buy on it's own due to the price but I am happy to receive as a GWP or in a set. It smells lovely and absorbs quickly so it is a good one to have on your desk.

    Also some ins

Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque 1L - this is a massive size and will last for ages, it is really gorgeous stuff and I got a good price when using some discount codes.

Lipstick from a beauty box in a very pretty sheer red/pink.
Cowshed Invigorating body lotion 100ml - I have never had anything from this brand before, this smells amazing and I am looking forward to using it.
L'occitane Immortelle Precious Cream 15ml - looking forward to trying this too.

Hi Willowbee - do post your ins up, I bet you made some lovely choices in the sale and I would be interested to hear what they were.

I will have more ins I am afraid in the next few days (look away AND), I have a Liz Earle order on the way, a Clinique order (there is a story behind that one which I will explain when it arrives) and also an Aromatherapy Associates bargain of the century order if they ever despatch it, oh and I nearly forgot another in from ebay.

  • I am so sorry Sui Dream to hear the sad news about your dog. I know how difficult it is to lose a pet, they are a part of the family.
