Welcome Asajj! Will you be posting a stash list or like me, remaining silent on what you have and just noting the UUs and INs? (Mine is very unglam and a boring read, so I've never listed it. Basically A!di's shelves plus Mitchum, Original Source, L'Oreal, and perfumes.)

I subscribe to Memory Girl's blog.. and she's come up with a corker moneysaver for eye make up removal of home made pads costing very, very little.
I have extremely deep set eyes so don't wear eye make up - you can't see the eyeshadow or eye liner and mascara just flakes all over my eye sockets. But for those of you who do, here's the link http://mortgagefreeinthree.com/2015/01/home-made-makeup-remover-pads/
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
  • Does anyone else's hair feel a bit funky if they use the same shampoo and conditioner for weeks on end?

I don't quite know if I'm imagining it to justify switching it up regularly, but is just one of those marketing myths they used to say to convince us to buy more shampoos, or is it actually true that your hair can get used to one kind and stop being effective?

It might be the case for some shampoos, but I've been using the big Tresemme shampoo and conditioners for 3 or 4 years (with the occasional break i.e. when on holiday) and my hair has always been fine!

    What are you currently using?

A few INs today - I signed up to a beauty panel to test face wipes for fun. I thought I might get one or two wipes per brand but I've been sent whole packs. A nice win (as only 10 of us were successful) but it has added to my stash! Here they are:

    Olay Essentials Wet Cleansing Wipes
    Tesco Cleansing Facial Wipes
    Pro Formula Hydrating Cleaning Wipes
Simple Kind To Skin Radiance Brightening Wipes
Nivea Daily Essentials Sensitive Cleansing Wipes

My first UU of 2015 and I'm pretty sad it's gone - Molton Brown Eucalyptus Body Wash I absolutely love it so WBA but it's a bit of an extravagant treat!

I totally love this shower gel too, I love that it doesn't make your skin cold like some Eucalyptus ones - but  to the price though.

Using the same shampoo and conditioner never seems to have any negative effects on my hair, I do change to a new type when I have finished a bottle but many of mine are 500ml or even 1L bottles so they last a long time.

    I have two uu

Gok Gorgeous Body Wash 200ml - I actually used this as bubble bath so I could enjoy the scent more that way.

Philosophy Old Fashioned Eggnog 120ml - totally love this, I may have one more this size but I'm not sure.

Repainted my nails last night in Essie Tea and Crumpets - what a fab name. It is a pearlescent champagne colour. I've started buffing my nails with one of those 3 way buffers and my polish seems to be staying on better, I just do it once a week when I do a proper manicure.

    Wow that sounds good Deleted_User!

Just one more UU here - Oral B toothpaste. Replaced with more of the same.

I've decided to use up my Herbal Essences 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner that I use when travelling, as we rarely go on holiday now and I'm fed up of having it.
Thank you to everyone who posts on here :)

I was just thinking this this morning! I remember she was very busy following her return from hols, but hopefully she hasn't fallen off the wagon! :D I love this face mask too.

Yes, mine's a bit like that at the moment - my hair definitely prefers a switch up every so often. I'm currently using up the dregs of a 750ml Tigi conditioner and 400ml matching shampoo so you can imagine how long I've been using the same products! Looking forward to a change in the coming days :)
