Hi Harry's mummy - thanks for popping by
Nothing much to report -I'm robbing Peter to pay Paul at the minute, in an attempt to see us through until Monday. All direct debits have now left the account and OH popped half a tank of fuel in yesterday to last him until after the weekend, so hopefully no more spends due.
Big lad stayed put yesterday thank goodness so I was in a far better mood!

Morning all!
Countdown to payday - only 3 days to get through!
Picked up a copy of the mirror yesterday for £5 off Aldi voucher. Will go and do a shop on Tuesday.
Managed to get to the yard with a bit of day light to spare yesterday so managed to clear the field - will save me half a job at the weekend. Everywhere and everyone is muddied up - can't wait for spring.
Swag$ have been very kind just lately and I'm well on the way to cashing another £5 gc- would be good to get it over the weekend but may be pushing it a wee bit.0 -
It's such a nice feeling when the nights start to draw out
£250 shopping, diesel and any other spends
December 16- January 15 £345.06/250.00 -£95.06
£2 saving a day for christmas 2017 £0/£730
Total debt paid off before 26 December 2017 £3142.31/14,053.85 = £10911.54 left to go0 -
I love it Cwtchie! Nothing better than finishing work and spending a couple of hours in the fresh air to unwind - roll on spring!
Had a letter from the student loans company confirming my direct debit payments. They've messed it up and not taken into account the payments I've made this financial year. Therefore rather than just 3 instalments as I'd arranged with the guy over the phone, they're trying to sting me for 8! I will be calling them and putting this right - I thought it'd all been too straightforward!
Still chipping away at those final 70 swag$ for my next £5 card - hopefully get that done this evening.
Nothing planned for today, will just have a lazy one round the house and maybe give it some much needed TLC.
One more day till payday!!!!
Have a good day x0 -

Goals for January......
1. Pay off card 1 in full - this is the only one I'm paying interest on.
2. Swag at least £15
3. Sort out house insurance and pay in full.
1. Done
2. Done - swagged £20
3. Done
:T

All January's goals achieved
Overdraft - was £643.84 now £655.60 (increase £11.76)
Cc1 - was £223.59 now £0 (decrease £223.59)
Cc2 - was £2264.53 now £2213.88 (decrease £50.65)
Cc3 - was £746.33 now £728.28 (decrease £18.05)
Total was £3878.29 now £3597.66 (decrease £280.63)
Heading in the right direction - just not quite as quickly as I'd like! Disappointed to have added to the od but I guess £11.76 isn't the end of the world.
Goals for February
1. Pay 2 x car tax up front (total £189)
2. Swag at least £15
3. Ebay at least £20
4. Get cc2 below £2k
5. Get cc3 below £700
In other news.....
Managed to swag another £5gc hence January's total of £20
- added to the pressie fund.
Did Aldi and A$da shop over the weekend and spent £104  more than I would have liked. Did use my £5 aldi voucher so I guess that's something. Should only need fresh meat / fruit / bread / milk now for the month.
Here's to frugal February

Busy day off - been on the go all day. Managed to give the house a bit of long overdue TLC - feel so much better for it.
Phoned the student loans company who confirmed the error in the letter and that only 3 payments were due phew!
Shopped around on line for the dog food and managed to get it £8 cheaper than usual - should last them a couple of months.
