Got everything done today except the ironing. I did think that I would do the ironing tonight when Midsomer Murders is on, but no chance!
Had a bath, can't say I stuck to the diet today.....well blew it completely :/
    Now sat down watching telly.
Out tomorrow for window shopping and lunch, will keep it a LSD I hope, yard needs to be done early :)

  • I feel your pain with the diet - so hard to be good when there's still so many Christmas goodies hanging around! You must have burnt a fair few calories with all the horse / house work tho :D

Had a lovely day with the girls :) Went for a coffee, browse and then lunch. Spent £8 in all, but then gave £4 for parking as I didn't drive.
Made me feel much more enthusiastic and really enjoyed myself.
Listened to their problems and mine didn't seem too bad.
Mucked out early, but horses stayed in due to rain.
Trying to keep focused on dieting, have done much better today, will do better tomorrow again!
DD needed a filling today which set me back £180!!! Not happy :(

Oh yeah...remembered! Unfortunately.... I weighed today and am 11.9 instead of 11.3 on Christmas Eve.
I don't think I like those chocolates that much after all ;)

I've just got in from a 3 hour round trip to cardiff. Shattered now!
Haven't done much today, except essentials like mucking out, dishes, etc.
Didn't sleep well at all and woke up in the night and needed to take painkillers :( first time that's ever happened, oh well looking on the bright side that's a low percentage :)
So ...officially agreed to go back to work today, I think I'm ready now, well needs must anyway.
Mum was in the process of buying the house next door to us which backs onto our yard, but she's changed her mind, she's going to buy houses that need lots of work, get it done then and sell on. She's done a few to date so she should be ok, got her head screwed on my mum :). More than I can say for me lol :)
I have been pretty good today with the diet, even managed not to cheat despite not having any fruit as a back up.
Nsd today, but need shopping tomorrow :/
DS and his girlfriend made me and DH a lovely cuppa when we got in, thank you x

  • Welldone with the diet hope it pays off. I'm struggling with mine - too many Christmas goodies still lingering!

    Today planned and unplanned:
Shower chihuahua who has already been out and covered himself in mud, the most unsuitable yard dog I have ever seen, but he loves it :)
    Shopping for necessities at Alldee
    Horse feed needs topping up
    Ironing!!!
Put bird table back up, blew over due to high winds last night.
DH has fed the horses and started mucking out - got to run!
Ooh ooh chicken, tuna, rice, bake pots for tea today, going to put in slow oven so cheaper.
    Have a nice day:)
Scatty skewbald dieting is hard!!! Have a blast on the munchies then they are gone :). Once you get a few lbs weight loss I find it helps to get in the diet zone x

:). Weighed this morning and.....11.5 way hay! That feels better :)
Terrible here when I woke up, blowing a gale and sideways rain, yuk.
DD gone to work and thankfully it is brightening up and we are due a reasonably good day.
Horses out on yard so only one muck out, bought horses feed yesterday 61.23....eeekk, have a plan though...a cunning plan.... Am going to give the big boy half a scoop of cheap chaff to replace half a scoop of his Alfa a oil, cheap chaff 5.80 a bag Alfa a oil about 13.45 a bag, also going to replace half a scoop of build up mix with cheap mix about the same savings. DD not too impressed and has agreed as long as we watch his weight...me...yeah! Of course! I won't see him any less than obese lol..but I think we may be ok on our cut backs.
Going to decorate DS bedroom today, paper and paint bought 9 months ago and sat in cupboard....about time.
Spend £41 odd yesterday....suck in shame.....but needed stuff, didn't stick to the list, but that's because the list was badly written :/ (shrugs)
Anyway off to do a full day, gammon in oven fir tonight, 3.99 aldee will hopefully do two days meals.
Crack on with that diet scattyskewbald, it will come off!!!
