I have my mobility car as well as my second car which I keep somewhere else in a garage and use for longer journeys and weekends away and such.
If I don't show my badge, then because they don't know, they will not know that they need to back off. I really don't flash anything, that makes me sound a little bit perverse or an exhibitionist.
M3 and a Yaris no doubt or is it an A4 now0 -

What does 'a standard mobility car' look like, then?
Is it similar to a 'mobility scooter'?
How does it differ from a 'Motability Car' which can be any make at all?

I like the sign which says "Stupidity is not a Disability.'
It's kinda ambiguous as some of the posts in this thread would lead me to believe otherwise.0 -

When my mother in law was getting her first Motability car she was worried incase it had a big wheelchair sticker on the side.0 -

Need to back off? What on earth does that mean?
AFAIK the blue badge (displayed at the front) simply entitles the holder to some parking concessions.
The only things I see displayed at the back of a car that make me back off are things like "Baby on board" or "Show dogs in transit". I then assume the driver is an idiot.0 -

Toleration can be shoved where the sun doesn't shine.
If you're in my way, obstructing me, when you should be somewhere else, I guarantee I'll have you moved out of my way.
You can then sit around making your ridiculous phone call. Do make sure to call 999 and not the non emergency number.
You being persistent still means !!!!. It's one caller. Reporting one car.0 -
Why does the 'Motoring' forum suffer with these? same pr1cks all the time?Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0

I posted this in the wrong thread but it was meant to be here.
I WILL NOT tell anybody what cars I drive as there are some internet people who are not very nice at all and I don't want to risk being followed when people look for me on the motorway. I have not asked anyone here what cars you have so I can look out for you and I do not expect to be asked what cars I have so you can look out for me and try and drive me off the road.
It is because of people like the bullies why I tend to stay in the middle lane. It is a nice smooth run for me.0 -
