They will attempt to throw in some charges to make it appear as if it's less hassle just to pay the invoice; interest (negligible), court costs etc.
It won't reach court IMO - they'd have to prove for starters that your actions cost them £100.
Out of curiosity then - did you receive your money (£450) back from Argos?

Sorry I've read it now. Btw DWF isn't the same as RLP. Also referring back to my question, I said if I send them the letter of denial - would I later receive any more from them. Thanks0
