Thank you to everyone who's joined in so far, we're loving all the photos.
Remember it's Christmas and this is a fun way to see and hear about everyones' bargains and help encourage other people to save too.
We'd love to give everyone a badge, and may well do when we have a moment but for now we're giving them to people who've posted or linked to pictures here or on twitterCould you do with a Money Makeover?

I don't think you'll encourage people to share their bargains on here by only handing out badges to those able to post photos.Attempting to make £2021 in 20210 -
My first badge :j thank you so much, we smile every time we use our bargain
apart from things I have won from using this site for years :A it's definitely one of the best we have picked up :j
Our Granddaughter, Caitlin Freya is now 7 years old, growing up to be a lovely young lady and our Grandson, Findlay Ewan is 3 years old and still a lovable bundle of mischief
one of each, how perfect

please can someone tell me how to upload a photo? It's annoying me now! And I don't want to resort to asking MrMolly because he'll just laugh!0

You have to add it to a photo hosting site like photobucket or flikr first. Then you copy the IMG code and paste into your post.0
-
Or just google a picture of the item and then cut and paste the url into the box that you get when you press insert images.0

I can't post a picture because I've given it as a present, but I got a duck egg blue Kitsound Jive DAB radio for £10 plus Quidco! Got this from Tesco Direct. These normally retail for around the £100 mark. I was looking for an equivalent to the Roberts vintage radio and stumbled across this.
Just been looking again and see they are mostly around the £60 mark now, but still a good bargain.0 -
I think I did quite well - pretty much everything I bought was reduced/got a voucher/got quidco/was free!
Here is a picture of the items I managed to get free:20141220_085752 by rachetts, on Flickr
Calendar, Woody Disney infinity figure, chocolate coins (eaten!) and Toucan activity box courtesy of O2 priority moments. 3 Heatech tops from Uniqlo. Free Bodyshop Vitamin E cream with £10 spend on already 40% discount + Quidco , then they sent me another massive order by mistake and because I was honest and rang them to send it back they said I could keep one of the items so I chose the reed diffusor as I wanted to get one for mum anyway. All the above was given as presents to various people.
With my close friends we do secret santa with £20 budget. For my person I got 4 champagne glasses from BHS (reduced from £25 to £8 then further 20% off on a special day they had, 2 Moroccan serving bowls half price from John Lewis at £6, a bottle of Waitrose prosecco for £5 when they had 10% off drinks plus I had a voucher, a second hand but mint condition copy of Downton Tabby book and some chocolate. I was really pleased with myself as I managed to get everything she had asked for within the budget rather than just 1 thing like she was expecting. Only picture I have though is after it was all wrapped!:

In total I think I was about £40 under the budget I set for myself and everyone was happy, as was I with the presents I got0 -
