Thank you!
Looking forward to a lot of challenges for 2016, as I move forward in my little tapestry of life.
Twin 2 asked for money last night, after I said it had been a while, but I said No. Don't have it, and reminded her that I used up all my savings etc on her and her siblings over the years, that I was in effect living off of benefits the same as she is and that I wasn't getting a wage yet.
Although of course that is not strictly true.
The ISA savings ear marked for DGD is creeping back up to £600
And the emergency fund is now back at £500 and something.
And I did manage to transfer £20 from the business to me yesterday.
But I felt guilty refusing, but if I want my game plan to work for me then the adverage 25% of my income has to stay with me and not go on grown up kids.
It's still tough saying no.
But I must keep my resolve, as long as the Universe doesn't think I'm sending out negative vibes when it comes to funds and will continue to follow the Law of Attraction so to speak. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Hi Mooloo just read the last page, but have been dipping in and out over the year. Am determined to restart my diary and concentrate on moneysaving in 2016.
Onwards and upwards.
Hoping 2016 brings everything you wish for and if it doesn't you can cope with anything.
Best Wishes0 -
Working through Mooloo's little tapestry of life 2016
Could certainly be a good name for it.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Thank you.
It was a lovely day, but strange without DGD.
Mum was well, and we went to Biggests for our meal. It was a busy household with 10 adults and four children. I got to feed the baby and change his nappy.
We got a lift back home to Mum's at 6 o'clock and spent the evening watching Strictly, call the midwife and downton abbey.
My cousin gave birth to a little boy this morning at 7.15 I think my brother said. So my mum now has 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren
I've got first cousins like this, who are now great grandmothers several times over, not even 10 years older than me, and I'm still just a mum!0 -
Thank you!

Yaay! That needs to be a standing order, every week. That way you'll "Law of Attraction" some of your hard earned earnings to yourself.0
