I just relieved you weren't seriously unwell. But I bet the diagnosis was a bit of a shock!

I haven't managed anything NEARLY as exciting in the interim - lots of building work and lots of time on planes. I'm hoping the builders will be finished by the end of next week... at least for the moment.

Absolutely. I thought I had a thyroid problem - shows how wrong I was and proves that I am absolutely no loss to the medical profession what-so-ever with my diagnosis skills!
