Hello fellow MSE'rs. My apologies for going AWOL on my own thread and on MSE in general...........
Thank You to everyone who has posted kind comments enquiring after my health and well-being - I am truly blessed to 'know' such a lovely bunch of folk
And thanks MWC for the rhubarb recipe - I made a version of it, using red lentils and put in some ginger, lemon & cinnamon - turned out great and is a keeper of a recipe 
So, to why I've been absent. Turns out my liking for a challenge knows no bounds, and I've been baking, baking, baking.....................

Baby Greying has changed our lives immensely. Very unexpected, but welcomed without doubt.
In other news; DP & i made an honest couple of each other - after a protracted period of Try before You Buy :money: - and DP is now my DH
