What a fun thread. I'm not sure I will be able to get many wombled receipts or price match coupons as I do most of the shopping at Aldi but I had been putting any pennies into a whisky jar along with loose change to overpay the mortgage with. We have a money box in the shape of a country cottage and I have put a label on it for 'roadkill ranch.' Me and my partner have agreed to put whatever coins we find in 2015 into it and to see how much we have at Christmas#39 - Save £12k in 20250

Linz - I have no idea what the pickings are like around Aldi but look out for dropped coins around the till & packing areas. I love the idea of your Roadkill Ranch that's ace" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Yeah it's awesome having a 6 year old. I imagine Fagan said similar
mine has already got an expression for looking for coins 'putting on his shiny eyes' & has nicknamed himself The Bargain Avenger because he sees all the good YS stuff before me half the time. Oh the low life
Hahaha love it, if I tell DS1 this he's bound to borrow the nickname too.... just got to stop him spending his money on "bargains" he doesn't need now!His dad is silly with money, he gave my DS £10 to get a list of items from the shop and told him to keep the change, but my DS is a chip of the ol' block and picked up the cheapest items possible and came away with all the items plus £7 in kept changeThis sounds like something DS1 would do too, he is very good at looking for bargains now. When his Nan took him to the Harry Potter experience thing he refused to buy anything as he was sure he could get it all on Ebay much cheaper
Have added on 21 wombled points so far this week but think I have over a hundred on various receipts now, just must remember to add them...0 -

I have downloaded shopitize to my phone but haven't used it yet nor click snap. I notice that on shopitize there are challenges to do to unlock offers. Is there a time limit between unlocking the offer and using it? ThanksOverdraft 1 £750- reduce by £50 per month

Son made me chuckle today. We went shopping. Whilst there he found 4p by scouting around the tills. So I used 9p in roadkill to keep my bill down." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
