So today I was really annoyed with Mr S. I had a voucher for a certain amount of nectar points if I purchased £5 worth of canned fish. I chose to buy basics. No where on the coupon did it say it excludes basics but when it came time to pay the voucher wouldn't work and that's what they said the reason was. I have written an email to their customer services asking that the full amount be credited to me and pointing out that no where on the voucher does it say that basis are excluded so how can they enforce that? ?
Now usually when that happens, in-store CS will give you the points anyway if you sound suitably hurt/offendedgo you!

Happy birthday Siebrie. The sauna sounds divine. Enjoy! Congrats on your windfall dizzyimp. That's super duper! That will make quite a debt to your repayment.
Bob that fish deal stinks! I do hope they compensate for the lack of info on the voucher."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150 -
Firesidemaid - yes I was surprised that they didn't say go and see customer service at the till but I think they just wanted shot of me.
TOG - loving the fish jokes
Well all turned out well. I got an email back from a nice cs at Mr S who sounded like an actual human and said she'd have been miffed too and would feed back to their marketing team. 80 points to me" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Got bought a Maccy D's coffee today so another bean, which means I get the next one for free. Also found another couple of beans, I didn't feel comfortable asking the two guys I worked with for their beans though!LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I wombled 2 Fortnum & Mason dark chocolate squares from Reception; some supplier gave the CEO a box as a christmas gift, and the CEO's PA decided to share it with the company.
