Lovely cute mouse FF. Thanks for Buddha - have rubbed him nicely!
Leanfun, DH is a wonderful guy but doesn't really do romance. We just use Valentines as an excuse to go away and treat ourselves!;):D

Well done FF. I missed out lol. They fixed it before I noticed comp. Had son on phone he is going to pick me up in the morning once he drops GK's at school so wont have to go out in freezing cold and damp wet weather. Afterwards we are going food shopping as he wants a load of things made for freezer so he can try and get some weight back on. He does look thin this time round. He is a 30" waist normally he is 34" and his neck looks a bit scrawny. Got a pot of soup on for him to take away later when he picks up kids. So will be busy for a couple of days cooking.0

Well done Fire Fly. Great they are sending out wins.
Meltdown here re passwords. I put wrong one in for a comp and had nine emails with new one! DH has now shut himself out of laptop because of wrong password lo!
Sylvia must be great having better wifi now. Some parts of the country and some connections are really poor.
Going to finish coffee and a few mags comps then I think it's off out for us. Sun gone here and looks as though it's going to rain any minute.0 -

Well good think we did not go out early. I have been waiting over a week for a delivery from the Carr & Westley win with Yours. I tried ordering before Christmas but code did not work. It was for £250.
DS said that can't be it looking at size of parcel. Well I selected
1 blouse (lovely pattern and cotton for summer)
I jumper (it's double thickness acrylic) grey and black looks great on
2 tops (for under a cardigan)
1 summer jacket very smart
1 Nightdress
Well I can hear Sheils and Sylvia going they're expensive. I was in need of some new tops and am not good at shopping so they have come in great time with weather getting colder. Filling up my wardrobe.
All thanks to comping and Laks and all who post0 -
FF they all come back the same. This time they were out for a longer stint so that the sub taking over from them wasn't leaving the week before Christmas which was when their 13 week stint was up. So apart from the long hours they do six on six off around the clock seven days a week they were on dried goods and tins for the last three weeks as they can only carry so much fresh and frozen food. So it is no wonder they all lose weight. I usually find that for about six weeks before they go out on patrol most of then go on a high calorie diet and when they are out there they eat a lot of protein and carbs to try and keep their weight up. But when they run out they make do with what they have. They don't have a choice really as the sub he is in does not surface the whole time unless there is an emergency. As with the nature of the job his sub does they cannot be detected.0
