I'm late in as usual! Had DD's friends over for tea so had a lot of cleaning up after them as they had choc fountain out and lots of fruit and marshmallows! I bet they were bouncing off the ceiling at bedtime!

Hope you didn't get the snow Sheils! It's been frosty here but the kids want some snow so they can go on snow scooter they got a few yrs ago and never been able to use! It's a real shame about David Bowie X

DD's app went ok, done more bloods and the rheumatologist wants an mri done as not sure if she's developing arthritis. (I told her it was lazyitis! )
I've been shortlisted for an interview at work for a different job! I soooo hate interviews!

Morning peeps. Does not look to good outside but at least the rain is off. Supposed to be really cold here later and we are to expect more snow. I hope not as going out tomorrow morning. E/mail account is playing up for some reason so going to have a look at it to see what is going on. Have a lucky day everyone.

Today looks like it is going to be OK but rain due to come back tomorrow! So fed up of rain.

April we stayed down at Ocean Terminal (bargain at Hol Inn) and explored all around Leith, including shopping centre on first day before having dinner with DS2 and his gf. On second day we walked into Edinburgh and spent most of the day in the National Gallery which we had never been to before.


Leanfun, Valentines Day is on Sunday this year so most people will be going out on the Saturday so easier to get a bargain. We don't like going away on Saturdays as the hotels can be really noisy. We like a peaceful sleep.


Glad you had a nice break Sylvia and welcome back.


Well done Katie. I must try and lose some weight before our Tenerife break in March.

Morning,good luck with the interview wingo. The first day of the course went ok and i met a lot of new people there that had just joined the agency so expect to see them again when i go to different homes.It's a dry start to the day here, hope it stays that way. I could see the sun out yesterday but by the time we finished the course it had gone in and dissapeared..lolHope everyone has a good day.

E/mail account working now just fiddled about with a few things. Do not know what caused it to play up. One of those things I suppose but it is very annoying. Could not get e/mails to open and the ones I was deleting kept reloading

Sheils we don't do the romantic bit but always annoys me how much they put prices up at these times. As with Mother's Day.

Wingo pleased DD appointement went well. Also hated interviews. They take so much preparation. You need someone in the know to talk you through it. Do hope it goes well for you and you get the job.

Rose hope weather stays ok for you. It must be very cold there. Pleased your email is ok now. DH has had problems with his and passwords. He also has not been able to get back into Skype. We have that on TV to see GKs in USA. Missing them as their birthdays are in January.

Indie it's good to meet up with old people and meet new ones.
