Hi everyone, thanks for the good wishes for DH firefly/Sheils. Just made him a nice soup as he says nothing tasstes nice at the moment.

Good on you booking another break Sheils.

Was eating my cereal this morning, Lottie & DD's dog Rose both had front feet on the arem of the settee looking at me! Thought I would take a pic and got up to get my phone, when I turned back round Rose was eating my cereal LOL

Our DD1came around for dinner tonight ( Chinese Takeaway) she's still not well. They are all off for half term next week like Wingo.

Katie hope you have found new glasses and are happy with them. Last time I bought new reading glasses I rushed it and have regret it ever since. They were far too heavy.

Well what a tiring day. Hammond's videoing people came at 9 am. I was not very good nearly froze again. I really don't know why. I can talk forevermore but put a camera there, even if it's not on eye shot I freeze.
This afternoon I went up to London and picked up bag fro Cambridge Satchels my sister is going to be do surprised come Christmas.

Wingo hope your Dad is Ok. The ages of your children is the hardest time. It's even harder now for young people. So much pressure from schools as they near exam time.

Well done leanfun with getting the bag from London and
well done re the filming .... I'm like you, I can talk till
the cows come home but put me in front of a camera
and I too freeze - never liked having my picture taken.

wingo, I was thinking of you yesterday, hope your dads
scan went fine. :A

The weather yesterday wasn't too bad at all, a good mix
of sun and cloud so managed to get out and mow the
lawns, do edging (avoiding all the spider webs :eek:) and
today I will be out there again doing some pruning etc!



I must remember to put all my clocks back tonight before
I go to bed .... yippee ..... lighter mornings for a while. :j

Morning all,
Raining here this morning and still dark.
Haven't seen much rain for the last few weeks and showing dry for our little break so can't complain too much.
Slept later than usual so off to do some comps now. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

It's raining here too now sheils .... just started ....



hope it clears up soon so I can get out and do some more
gardening.
