I've done nothing but sneeze tonight! I hate sneezing and being stuffy before bedtime. I don't think it's a cold, just stuffy in this house.

Hellooeee and good morning everyone!

Hope you are all well and happy on this glorious start to
the weekend.

Well - after all the rain I had t'other night, yesterday
eventually turned out sunny and by the evening it became
very muggy again! Phew, too hot to sleep very well. :eek:
:p:p

Beautiful start to the day here though rain predicted for
tomorrow! We shall see! :whistle:

Still, it remained breezy yesterday so managed to get my
winter blankets washed and on the line. Bit late in the day I
know but well - you all know what I'm like with anything
household related! They had been sitting in a cupboard
gathering dust since end of winter. :o Still they're done
now! :T:T

:j Well done wingo winning the goody bag. :j:j I was
sneezing n' sniffing last night too but think I usually get
that way with anything dust related. Must have been
from me doing yon blankets! :eek:

Must admit fire**fly - never noticed the 28 either. :o
Still don't know how you manage to fit everything in - you
do soooo much! :T:T

Good morning,


Been fairly cool and really windy here. Must be the coldest June and July here I can ever remember. Never had any bother sleeping because of the heat anyway! Just as well we had a few breaks away.
Don't think forecast is good for our break to Halifax either. Could be more breaks abroad next year.


Shame about X-Factor Katie but at least you tried and had fun. x

Good morning all, sun is shining but very windy and black clouds. Hope it holds off as have stripped the beds.

fiefly, sorry did'nt notice either. I tend to pick them up and C & P to a word doc as I mention before. Just checked and I also didn't notice either, sorry. Forgot to mention the other day DD2 found a hedgehog in here garden dyhydrated and in a sorry state. She phoned and asked advice and put him in a warm box etc in the heated sunhouse she keeps the tortoise in and has been nursing him back to health. GD came home from school to find an empty box! It had got out of the box and was sitting on the heated tt mat under his sun lamp and the poor tortoise, who is about a foot wide was sulking up the corner. Though you would like this little story.

Have a lovely time in Halifax Sheils, could well bump into you at some point as we go down tomorrow as well. Not sure if you were intending to visit the peace hall but just in case thought I would mention that it is closed for a big make over at the moment.
