been busy since early picking the mint & other herbs,

I too am trying to get some weight off Sheils, its really hard, especially when Sister comes as she likes to go out for coffee anad scones etc. Glad you managed to get some good fruit from Aldi. I am enjoying the necterines at the moment they are lovely.

Sorry to her your Brother is having problems Wingo and hope they get his medication sorted out.

Enjoy you day off Indie, don't work too hard.

Love pansies Sylvia. Everyone seems to be finding great pics just now - really livens up the page!
Hope you manage to lose weight too Sylvia. I have lost the weight I put on, on the last few breaks in a week so hoping to keep up the good work. DH has started to make his own bread so another temptation. Love nectarines too but sometimes they don't seem to ripen.


Just been for a nice walk past the harbour and marina but will have to get the ironing started after lunch.

Hi sheils - how's the ironing going? I've got some if you
are up for it!!

Puddy cat is lovely thanks. Up to her usual tricks of getting
up to no good then she comes up to me and starts rubbing
around my legs as if butter wouldn't melt!! Little devil.

Well, have got loads done today including getting haircut
- popped down to village for milk and bananas etc and
went into little hairdressers there to book appointment with
lovely lady who does my hair - lo and behold -
she had a cancellation so could fit me in there and then!

Love it - she does a wonderful job too and it costs next to
nothing. :T:T

Weather pleasant out but not hot hot - spent this afternoon
sorting loadsa stuff for charity bags - had a decent clear out -
so having five mins sit down for cup of coffee and catch
up.

Your walk past harbour and marina sounds lovely sheils.

Well - no rest for the wicked. Best get on.

That's what I've been doing Alfie, sorting more charity bags out! I really don't know where all this stuff comes from! Keeping some for a car boot sale though

I would love to do all that with the herbs too fire**fly but wouldn't know where to start or if I'd have time for them! the kids always keep me on my toes! My mum has been buying mags again so I'm debating if to start entering the comps by postal again. I think I was more lucky with postals!

You can't beat Aldi prices for the fruit can you Sylvia I've just had some stuffed mushrooms from Heron foods and the were delicious! I will be buying them again

Been a glorious day again here I hope it stays like this for the 6 wks hols. Two of mine have broke up from school. Me and DD2 break up tomorrow.
