Went to my local shop in Belfast today for 9.30 (popped out of work)


They had 3 and a half aisles. No Soap & Glory


Managed to get a few bits to put away though, mainly hair care and some sanctuary and lovely wrapping paper.


Should've been £150 but got it all got £50 that was then all paid with compliments vouchers I'd gotten from work as a bonus so all free


They're still refilling the shelves as they get emptied but nothing overly exciting.

Got to St Andrews branch at about 9.40am. 1 aisle of stuff, no-one there but me, OH & my toddler! Bench stuff, slippers, topshop sets, Kitty, Beckham, Boots own, Starbucks etc. only 1 S&G orange set type.
Spent £31, but disappointed to find that staff discount cards don't work on 70% off items when it worked at 50% off

Biggish queue in Swansea Quadrant but generally orderly and everything was well spaced out upstairs to prevent people grabbing all of one item.


There were some with multiples of one item, and others with huge stacks and husbands on guard, but there was a nice atmosphere and the staff on the tills were smiling.


Very happy with what I got - bath stuff from Champneys and Ted Baker, some gifts for through the year and some whisky miniatures to keep DH happy as he was bag carrying for me again :T


Much better experience than last year I think.

Went to my local for 8am, only a few cars parked nearby and all the lights dark at 7.55 and then lo and behold two lovely young ladies, each with three little kids in school uniform turned up, jumped out and were first in with buggies in tow. Only three sides of aisles of sales stuff, mostly Beyonce perfume (!) and some of the smaller girly gifts, but they blocked the aisle and ripped lots of stuff off the shelf like it was going out of fashion.

Had to laugh when I politely asked one of the children to move and picked up a S&G Nothing but the Fruits set up for £9 and both the mums glared at me as the only S&G stuff visible was the fragrance set.

Well pleased with my 7mins of shopping, since I spent £21 and saved £49 ( well according to Boots heehee) and now have a lovely S&G washbag I'd not even realised I needed

I got to my local (Barnsley) at 8.20am and there were only 2 people waiting who I had a nice chat with :-) By the time they opened though there was quite a queue!

Everyone was polite and there was no pushing and elbowing!

Managed to get some Soap & Glory sets, Mens Bench Set, Large Dove Set and a few other small bits :-)

I was the only one at Hertford this morning :rotfl:

Got about £115 worth of stuff for £35 but had a £20 gift card so £15 ish in total Got 3 S&G sets as well

Forgot to say that I was able to use my "500 points wys £35" coupon, and was given the No7 voucher too. (used it downstairs - where it was very quiet! - to get the £7 wipes for £2).


Can't check the receipt for savings as it is in the car with the bags.

I placed Orders online this morning ran through the checkout with 3 S&G items, then went back and placed a further two orders of other bits and bobs.. iv got confirmation emails for the other two orders but not for the S&G.. has anyone else had this? gonna be bummed if they say i cant have it it was in stock when i cashed out..

Went to Manchester Market Street today and bought 2 S&G shower gel set and couple of perfume sets but I forgot to use my double points coupon

People were crazy though and I saw many bored looking men surrounded by bags :rotfl:
