Pc won't start

A healthy hard disk makes a noise like some happy little crickets chittering in the grass, which should coincide with a hard disk flashing light (if the computer has one).
A faulty one makes little clunking sounds and maybe graunching sounds, or even little squeals!
A dead one makes no sounds.
None of those .....unless the noise I do hear is something different:o0 -
Hi I've tried the pc with a monitor and it still didn t come on just a hum noise. The fitting is the same as the one that fits into the tv that he uses. Then I took the side off the pc and cleaned it as best I could with a shaving brush but to be honest thee wasn t much dust there at all. I can't do any diagnostics as it can't get the thing on in the first place. It still doesn t work.:(0

Hi anyone know how I can get my HP printer back online please. I can t see any settings and although it says printer offline doesn t tell me how to get it online again. I can print off my iPad for somethings but for others I need the printer. Thank you0

Whichever computer you're using I hope its connected to the printer via a cable... Go into Devices and Printers. Find what looks like your HP printer (should have a green tick on it). Double click it - should say "printer ready". Do ANY of the HP printers listed there say "printer ready" ?0
