I think a car with an MOT and cheap tax and insurance needs parking directly slap bang in the middle of his 'spot'....

It's not his spot tho - if your car is taxed if it has to be, insured, MOT'd if needed and not in breach of traffic laws you can park it anywhere you like on public road.
There will always be moaning minnies who think otherwise but the police should apprise them of that. I had a Land Rover and the people opposite complained abt it being parked where they could see it. :rotfl:0 -
