#123 checking in. Just been paid and received a very welcome bonus so early June OP of £2,650 for me please :j
I'm already 60% of the way to target at the halfway point (I don't think I'll be able to squeeze any more OPs in in June) so I'm going to be bold and up my target to £20,000.
Thanks Lomcevak and well done everyone, there's some great progress being made and this thread really motivates me!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

Hi everyone, number 105 here.
I am enjoying reading everyones updates on here, well done all.
Well looks like following receipt of a final share pay out from work I have been able to exceed my target a lot sooner than i thought (as when i first joined was not sure i would even be able to manage it but hoped it would give me the incentive to keep trying).
However after receiving some extra money this week have been able to make a payment today of £2845 for May. As such my total op's have come to £8095 for 2015.
There will be no more ops by me as I have now reached the 10% limit set by my bank for this year and any more will attract overpayment charges.
Therefore I hope to be able to set aside a bit of extra cash each month into a saving account ready for when the clock can start with the bank again on 1 January 2016.
I wish every one well with their 2015 challenge and thanks again Lomcevak for your hard work with this.
I will be popping back here from time to time to see how you are all doing and look forward to the 2016 challenge if there is one.MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -

# 47 here. Sorry I've not posted for a while, life has been getting on top of me. Because I can only make overpayments of £500 at a time, which takes me a few months to scrape together, I will only be making three (or four, if I manage to get lucky) this year. I declared my first overpayment back in February, and I am due to make another one next month. But I just wanted to say well done to everyone for their overpayments this month. I am, as always, inspired and in awe of you all.2016 MFW no. 47 £0/£3,000
