    I don't know how I have done it, but maxed my OP of £500 for January WOOT


    And made a slightly bigger dent into the ISA this year... I know folks say, pay it off the mortgage, but at least this way, I can quickly regain access to the pennies again if need be.

  • morning, first payment for number 51 of £701.03.
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k
  • #128 with overpayment of £500 for January. It's a good feeling to get started again in 2015. January is a tough month post Christmas but didn't want to get behind schedule already. So need to get head down and get on with it.

    I'm with you, Marie. You need some kind of emergency / contingency fund.

    I haven't made any overpayments yet. I can only overpay by £500 at a time, so I'm working on building up my first £500 for the year.
