Just a quick spreadsheet update, more soon - in the middle of a fairly horrendous couple of weeks of work at the moment, one of my very big clients is running at more than double the volumes they told us to expect over the Christmas period and the system I built for them is creaking at the seams. We're just about hanging on by our fingertips but it's been a 24/7 job to keep hanging on over the last week. Great for them, a bit rubbish for me
It'll all wind down in the next day or two and I can collapse on the sofa with a G&T. Off to the office again now, but didn't want to leave it too long without an update.
Well done to everyone who has updated and reached targets, and norfolkdream please do consider signing up again for 2016 - as Kerfuffle says, it's very motivational for everyone else to see someone get over the finishing line0 -
Massive thank you to Lomcevak for all the hard work updating the spreadsheet. Hope you get a good break once things settle down in work.
Number 91 reporting Op of £443.
May move money around to make a last minute OP to bring me up to target.
Thanks to OPs LTV now below 50% - mostly thanks to revaluation but without the Ops it would be above 50%. great to feel I own more than the bank.
Norkfolkdream - please join to 2016 as it is always a thrill to see someone become MF rather than MFW!MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

Hi Lomcevak, hope work gets better for you soon!
I've not had a chance to catch up on the thread but off on hols until the new year so wanted to update: I OP'd an xetra £2,641.37 this month, taking me to £2,662.57 for December and £20,000.42 for the year.
Good luck all - final push now!!
Thanks Lomcevak for keeping the thread going. If you are so kind as to run a 2016 thread please consider me in and with the same number if possible!

# 97 here with a £350 overpayment for December.
Last overpayment for the year and I am over my target by £445.
Please count me in for next year same number.
Many thanks indeed Lomcevak and Merry Christmas to you all0 -
Time for a final update.
As expected, I failed to reach my target, but still, I did better than I expected.
To bring my ops up to date: No.13
October £1250
November £250
December £1750
Thanks again to Lomcevak for helping us all to keep on track.
Too much spending next year to make any decent ops, but hopefully back in 2017. I'm signing up for the MFIT T4, and I'm determined to clear the mortgage before it finishes. :cool:0 -

Little spreadsheet update to get up to date - we've just passed the £650k point too. Getting to £700k might be a stretch as we've only got a week left but who knows
Well done to muddywhitechicken for clearing the additional advance, that's an amazing amount to get rid of in 7.5 years. And well done cookie9 for getting under 50%, we passed that milestone this year as well thanks to OPs, and it does feel like a tipping point
sundaysgirl - well done on reaching £20k, I think I must have missed an entry though as I have you on £19,430.42 at the moment.
2016 thread to follow shortly0
