    Not a NSD after all, hospital parking and a gift for a friend of DS's for her birthday. No grocery spend though!
    Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    NSD for me today, apart from 60p for a newspaper, which will later be used as the bottom layer for the fire!


    Have finally updated my diary for 2015 so I can stop carrying last year's around in my handbag. Put some new numbers in my mobile as well.


    L/o chilli for me and salmon for DH tonight followed by some shortbread I made this morning.

  • Spend of £20.16 for me today. 55p in Sainos on single cream for tonight's carbonara. £17.71 in A*ldi on fresh top up items that should now last us the week and £1.90 in T*sco on YS strawberries, cooked meats, bread rolls and milk.

    De-lurker here. Just caught up with many of the last 29 pages !!

    NY Resolution is to track spending so made spreadsheet, love love love them :) and only spend for necessities, also looking to loose weight so won't be buying bread/crisps etc if I can manage. £20 a week on groceries so far £14.10.

    First spend of the year at Sainsbugs, after a coupon was £6.66

  • Went to Li&l for bananas and a few bits that were on my list, spent £20.28 which also includes a pair of PJ's for £7.99 for DP, I'm hoping to pay for them out of the budget but we'll have to see.
