Afternoon all, payments of £420.51 bring me to a total for 2015 of;
#75 £9624.99/£18624.98
51.7% of my target for the year. Not as good as I'd hoped, but not bad going considering we've paid for a kitchen and had a baby this year. Hopefully I'll be able to clear the remaining £8,999.99 (just over the line with a bit of YNAB shuffling!) in 2016!
Well done to everyone who reduced their debts this year, and congratulations to those that became debt free. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year all, see the rest of you in the 2016 thread!

I've just been paid, so unless Santa brings me a windfall this is how it stands at the end of the year:
#183 £2,990/£3,757 79%
Not fully paid off, but I've had a good crack at it, and I'm looking forward to becoming debt free in the new year. I was shocked by how high my debt had crept up when I added up my total for this thread, I knew I had a bit to pay off a credit card and catalogue account, but didn't realise it had been gradually increasing while I buried my head in the sand. Anyway, enough of that. Thanks to pablosammy for running the thread, to anyone who has encouraged me along the way, and a merry Christmas to all!0 -
Hello all - have now run out of money, so declaring tonight...drum roll please....
£38,617.07/£45,868.02 = 84%
Not quite at target, but pretty pleased with that. I've already signed up for next year - just got to work out all the remaining debt, which is going to scare me :eek:0 -
Hey all! Hope you're having a fab Christmas.
I now have my mortgage decision in principle and have just opened a help to buy ISA too, hopefully we will have our own home by summer 2016! Just waiting for properties to come onto the market :j
Not sure if I'll join the 2016 thread but wishing you all the best of luck for the future! Xxx0 -
Hope you all had a lovely Xmas! I'd like to declare myself as debt free :-D
I signed up at the beginning of the year and had to add to my debt balance (husband needed a new car) but thankfully we have managed to pay off a grand total of £10,700 this year. Now to never use credit again!- [STRIKE]Credit Card: £2,989 / £2,989[/STRIKE]
- Bank Loan: £12,000 / £14,000

Hi everybody. Hope you are all having a great Christmas. This is my final total for the year:
Paid off another £1,959.13, so totals are:
122 £6,475.18/£30,113 21.50%
Not really as good as I wanted, but even at an average of around 10% interest, that's still £647 that will go into my pocket next year and going forward instead of the bank's. I feel like I've given myself a pay rise!:)0
