    Hope you're feeling better Mandz1.

    Welcome nightsky!

Just back from my rescan. Baby was still being difficult but did finally manage to get the final pictures that are needed and everything looks ok. Sonographer confirmed that it is definitely a girl so feeling more confident about buying girly things now!

Can't believe I'm nearly at the top of the list!

Congratulations on team pink musogirl and welcome nightsky!

Not much to report here, 2 weeks tomorrow until my 20 week scan. Can't wait to see baby again and hopefully find out which team we are :) generally feeling like normal as well apart from my expanding waistline and constant growth and back pain!

Which is the next thread after this? I can't find it!

23 weeks now and baby is really having a riot in there. Can a baby be too wriggly?

Katy721 - bit late but if you still haven't found it, this is the next pregnancy thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4893276

Had my first aquanatal yoga class last night. Lovely bunch of ladies and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if you have anywhere nearby that offers it. I'm hoping it will help a bit with the back pain and we did breathing exercises and birthing positions too. I figure after my previous labour anything that might make it a bit easier is worth a try!

I have been doing pregnancy Pilates and would also recommend. Great for meeting people and the ones I do you dont have to commit to which is great as I am still having morning/evening sickness so some weeks i'm just not up to it.

Hope the yoga does help with the back pain maybe after a few sessions and if you practice at home (easier said than done haha) you might notice a difference

    Thanks musogirl!

There isn't anywhere near here that does anything aqua-based which is a shame as I have bought myself a maternity cozzie and want to use it! Think I will just have to drag OH down to the local pool and have a bob about doing my own think.

I do like the sound of pilates, although am currently suffering with a lot of 'gas' so not sure it would be a good idea!

I keep meaning to go to the local pool but I wasn't a big fan of the level of cleanliness in there before. Still, must give it a try have heard it has improved.

Just made the booking for Hypno Birthing Classes, it wont start until September but will get a book and CD in advance.
