Have you ever heard of paragraphs? No one will read that, as it just hurts the eyes.0

It has considerable merit in my book. Any PPC trying to win a court case on double dipping, is urinating to windwards, the evidence that it takes place is irrefutable. It only need a a dog to wee on the camera and they have no case, and they know it.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Funnily enough yes I have, I just copied and pasted that from the email I received but I've gone back and edited it a little to make it easier for you
You probably think I was being an @rse, but when you are looking for help, you want to make it as easy as possible for the people that you want to help you. Having a big block of text like that does not help, it just all merges into one big block and puts people off reading it and therefore helping you.0 -
I have today received a £100 charge for parking over 3 hours on a retail park. Apparently the new max stay came into force just a week before me parking there. I was actually in the gym for the whole of that time(they share the car park). The notice is in my disabled 17 year old sons name as it is his motability car. What do I write in my appeal? Really annoyed at this, as son is disabled, I get to the gym when I can, and then get penalised for it from G24. The gym can vouch for me being a member, but not sure this would be enough.0

I've just received this email from G24 (alleged)scammers :T
Dear Mr M.A.G RE: Contractual Parking Charge Notice 50414112xxxx Further to your dispute regarding the above Contractual Parking Charge Notice, we would like to confirm that this has been waived. No further action is required by you. Customer Services G24 Ltd
Originally I complained to B&M Bargains CEO and I was basically called a liar, I complained to KFC but was fobbed off about it being a franchise and not their problem.
Today I went into the store and asked to speak to the Manager, they tried fobbing me off saying no one was available to speak to me.
I raised my voice and asked to speak to the Manager again, I was stood beside the tills and people were starting to turn and look to see what was going on.
I waited and a very helpful lady arrived to speak to me. I told her what had happened and informed her that I would see B&Ms in court as well as their agents before I paid this penalty, she told me this had happened before and she would see if she could get it cancelled and true to her word she did.
My tip to get these cancelled.
Go into the store where it was issued and complain, loudly but without shouting !
I made sure I was standing beside the tills, you get a better audience there.
I was polite but VERY firm and I spoke loudly enough for people to stop what they were doing and turn and watch what was going on.
Hope this helps someone
