It's Xtabentun, a honey and aniseed drink from Mexico

Shall we start a list ... drinks you had as a teenager but can't drink any more as they made you [ahem] 'poorly':)

    Same one for my sis:)
There also used to be a drink of a pernod and black in a pint of snakebite - a Purple Nasty:D

Oh good grief that sounds nasty
I steer clear of spirits full stop and have done since I was a teenager. The taste of most of them doesn't appeal to me and I have always been worried I might inherit the spirit loving gene from my mother :(:o
  • Just popping on to wish you all a happy new year. Hugs and happiness to every single one of you that makes this the best forum in the world!
    Same to you:)

PD wondered if I had a romantic evening planned but no just treating myself to a posh evening :o I don't like places that are too crowded generally and thought I'd do something just for me this NY.

I do believe the conversation was about Emma ordering what she felt like and I enquired if that included men, not of the romantic variety ;)

Dotty I can't tell you what she'd be doing if I recruited her for my job, let's say it involves a shopping centre, a wooden axe and teasing people :D
